Loch Ness Marathon

Three Alnwick Harriers made the long trip north in search of Nessie and to take on the Loch Ness marathon. A gentle tail wind pushed the runners along the undulating course from the south end of the loch to the finish in Inverness. Our only female runner was Tess Allan (F50) who posted a time of 5:30:23. Our male runners were Geoff Givens (M40), who came in at 3:59:47, and James Allan (M50) in 3:08:29. Well done to all the runners.
