Richard – apologies for the delay.

Simply come along on a Weds to Willowburn at about 6.50pm and introduce yourself to one of the coaches or ask someone to speak to a committee member, we will get you going.

    Hi

I’m keen to join the Harriers and was enquiring how to do this. I ran a couple of times with you guys on a Wednesday evening a couple of years ago around coaching with the tri club, but have since been away travelling etc. Keen to start up again properly.

The Membership link on the website doesn’t appear to be working. Do I need to join for this year or just wait until 2019?

    thanks

    Simon

Am I ok to come along to Willowburn tomorrow evening as a new member? I can’t make every Wednesday due to work travel commitments but can commit to about 2 Wednesdays per month minimum if that was ok.

    Hi there,

I live in W Yorkshire and run there (just joining Todmorden Harriers now) but we have a home near Alnwick as well and spend a lot if time here. Is it OK to join your Weds evening runs as a guest a few times a year?. I would like to learn local run routes etc and it is always nicer and safer to run with others.

I normally fell run but I suppose my road pace is c 8.30 to 9 mins per mile. Is there a suitable group?. Total distance run in the hour in the evening will not be a problem as I do 9 – 10 mile races with big height gains.

It would be great if you could pop me a note with your thoughts as I am in Northumberland this week.

P.S. I also always support the Beadnell Beach Run on Saturday mornings.

I look forward to hearing from you,

    Best wishes,

      Hi Andy,

If you were wanting to join us regularly we do need you to join (it’s an unbelievably cheap £30 per year)

Happy if you want to come along one Wednesday and join us at Willowburn at 6.45pm for a try out. We have several groups that should be able to accommodate you.
