On a freezing morning all over the country a number of Harriers took part in 4 different parkruns. Quickest of the Harriers in the weekly 5k event was Richard JOHNSON, completing the South Shields Parkrun in 19.25. Despite the strong headwind for large parts of the event Steve STUDLEY also ran a personal best of 23.22. Elsewhere a dozen Harriers took part at Druridge Bay, Gay and Richard EASTOE ran at Penrith, whilst Andy SQUIRES competed at the Wilmslow Parkrun in Cheshire. Results:
