John ROSS was the sole Harrier taking part in the Sunderland 5k on Wednesday, 20th July. John, competing in his 20th race of the year so far, finished the route in Silksworth Park in 121st place in 21.41.
On Saturday, 23rd July 3 Harriers ran in the 5k Newcastle Parkrun at Exhibition Park. Mark MILLER finished 10th in 18.21, whilst Mark DOCTOR and David NOLAN both notched pb’s finishing 58th and 60th in 20.43 and 20.51.
