Cragside 10k/Glen Moray 10k/Penshaw Hill Race/Jesmond Dene Handicap

A good number of Harriers took part in the Run Northumberland Cragside 10k on Saturday, 18th June. Mark MILLER continued his excellent recent form by finishing 3rd in 38.54 and was followed by John MOWBRAY, making his Harriers debut, in 4th in 39.28. Next were Adam SPILLER (40.35), Andy SQUIRES (41.56), Graham SKIRROW (43.14), Nick GILLINGHAM (43.22), Jeremy GRAY (43.55), Antony BUDD (47.37), Kim BRONZE (49.04), Phil LEE (50.02), Anne ALLAN (53.16), Claire GILLINGHAM (57.21) and Mark HUME (65.09).

On Sunday, 19th June John FAIRBAIRN took part in the Glen Moray 10k, organised by Forres Harriers. 67 year old John completed the course in a superb 45.32 in 40th place.

On Wednesday, 15th June Jonathan KAY took part in the Penshaw Hill Race, organised by Sunderland Harriers. He finished the tough 3 mile course in 23.51 in 54th place.

The following day John ROSS took part in the 3rd Jesmond Dene Handicap. John finished in 41st place in a total time of 40.11, which includes his 5k time of 22.51 and his handicap of 17.20.
