Well done to Alnwick Harrier David BARKER who won the Keswick Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, 22nd May, whilst representing Tri Northumberland. David completed the course, which took place in wet and windy conditions, in 1.10.00 well over a minute ahead of his next competitor. David completed the 400 metre swim in Derwentwater in 7.51, the 23k bike ride in 41.55 and the 5k run in 17.52.
Gay and Richard EASTOE took part in the Lambfoot Loop 10k in Cockermouth on Tuesday, 24th May. Gay was second in the female 55 category in 57.39, with Richard finishing at the same time one place further back.
