Druridge Bay 10k/Yetholm Hill Race/Newcastle Parkrun

18 Harriers took part in the Druridge Bay 10k on Sunday 4th June with the highlights being Peter GREY winning the male vet category, Sam EMBLETON finishing as 3rd lady on her 10k debut, a superb 10k debut for Junior Harrier Daniel LENG and a good first Harriers appearance for Annabel LILLICO. Also on Sunday 3 Harriers took part in the Norham RC organised Yetholm Hill Race. The race is 8 miles in length and takes in 2500 feet of ascent, and is seen as a prep race for next months Chevy Chase. Bruce CROMBIE finished 15th in a decent field in his second race in as many days, and there were also good runs from Bridget PEBERDY and John COCKBURN. Harriers results below:
