Notice is given that our Annual General Meeting will take place at 8pm on Wednesday 30th October 2019 at Alnwick Rugby Club.
Training will commence at 6.30pm for all groups to allow everyone to attend.
As well as a free buffet, the meeting will include:

Election of committee and officers. Anyone interested in joining the committee should complete the form available on the Harriers noticeboard at Willowburn or put themselves forward at the meeting.
Presentation of Annual Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. To qualify please send a list of all races run representing the Club between 1st October 2018 and 30th September 2019 to email@example.com.
Gold – 20 or more races Silver 12-19 races Bronze 8-11 races
