The Alnwick Harriers AGM will take place on Wednesday 18th October, starting at 8pm at Alnwick Rugby Club.
All members are welcome and are encouraged to attend the AGM, where a free buffet will be laid on afterwards. Training will start at 6.30pm to ensure all sessions are completed before the AGM.
If any members have any items to add to the agenda please could you inform club Secretary Sarah CROSS or Chairwoman Tracey SAMPLE at least one week before the meeting. Any agenda items submitted after this date cannot be considered at the AGM.
If anyone wants to be on the committee there will be a nomination sheet on the noticeboard at Willowburn, or see any committee member.
At the end of the meeting we will vote on any potential life members. If you have any nominations please inform the Secretary or Chairwoman.
Will we also be giving out the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards for which there will be a separate post soon.
It would be great to see as many Harriers as possible at the AGM. It is the best way of knowing and having a say in how your club is run!
