The following day 3 Harriers tackled the 12 mile Border Trail Race, the route of which followed part of St Cuthberts Way from Fenwick to Wooler. 2 of our number, Adam FLETCHER and Alice TETLEY-PAUL, had been in Harrier League action under 24 hours before and in fact Alice had also taken in the Druridge Bay Parkrun the day before! So Adams 3rd placed finish in 1.35.04, a minute behind the winner, was a brilliant performance. Alice was back in 16th place in 2.03.55 and Mel STEER was 19th in 2.09.57.

Finally for the weekend John ROSS was in half marathon action once again, this time in the Great Scottish Run in Glasgow. John completed the course in 2.06.15.
