On Wednesday 23rd August 2 Harriers made the trip south to Tyneside to compete in the Quayside 5k. This race is of high quality with some of the finest runners in the north on the start line. First back for us and 23rd overall was Dan TURNBULL running a sensational 16.06! Dan’s time was not only a personal best but it was also agonisingly only one second off a joint club record over the distance which is still held by club legend Dave KIRKLAND! Ross WILSON ran a superb 17.17 and thanks to chip-timing netted a one second personal best. Results:

52-Ross WILSON 17.17
