Leeds Abbey Dash 10k/Derwentwater 10/Wyre Forest Parkrun/Druridge Bay Parkrun/Workington Parkrun/Sunderland Parkrun/Keswick Parkrun/Durham Parkrun/Cuppers Cross Country

Sunday 6th November witnessed the running of the fastest 10k by a male Harrier of 2016, thanks to Dan LENGs fantastic performance in the Leeds Abbey Dash. Dan clocked 34.18 to finish 168th in a huge classy field, in a race well known for its lightning quick times. In fact this time was the fastest 10k by a Harrier since Dave KIRKLANDs effort in the Tynedale 10k in 2013. Not only did Dan run a 10k best, but Mark DOUGLAS was cock-a-hoop with his run. For the first time Mark dipped under 40 minutes to finish in 39.55. Great running guys!

The same day over in the Lake District Richard and Gay EASTOE were in action in the Derwentwater 10. Results:
