Thank you for the send off message – although maybe not thank you with that hideous photo! Yes I’m here in Boston Ma!! It feels a long way from Alnwick. I have begun to get into a routine of running along the Charles River in my Alnwick vest but it’s a bit scary as there are a lot of real runners out there!!;

Alnwick Harriers look as if they are competing well in races – well done Jo G and Bruce, Jackie, Sue, Peter G etc. Yes very happy to have anyone to stay or whatever who is running in Boston. Will look out for David Hindhaugh who I believe is running the Boston marathon this Monday.
Missing everyone and keep running!!

Completed the last 2 years – the whole family somes with me for the weekend. Was away this year during the registration period and couldnt get access. Got back on Sunday to disaster – all places gone!
If any entrants for 2013 know they cant make it and want a ready replacement willing to pay the going rate, just let me know!!!

5 minutes between first and last noway not in any handycap all should be in with a shout the handycapper should be more accurate then maybe more runners would do the handycap 1985 to 1995 loads done the handycap and all would be in with a chance all would finnish within one and a half to 2 minutes max hence the good turn outs
